Practical automation & web projects
Finclar's automation practice, led by S A Mohammed Inamul Hasan, works with CA firms, consultants and SMEs on workflow automation and business websites. Projects may involve tools such as Tally, Zoho, messaging platforms and compliance workflows, depending on access and project requirements.
We discuss the intended outcome, tools, access, hosting and ongoing responsibilities before confirming a scope, fee and timeline.

What we actually build
n8n workflow automation
Workflow design and implementation using n8n, with testing and documentation as agreed. Examples include Tally sync, reconciliation workflows, WhatsApp reminders, lead-to-CRM and invoice automation. Hosting and deliverables depend on the agreed scope.
Business websites
Static websites (Next.js / Astro / plain HTML), WordPress or Webflow. Platform, content, integrations and post-launch needs are agreed for each project.
Integration glue
Explore connections between tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Brevo, Razorpay and compliance platforms. Feasibility depends on available integrations, access and project scope.
WhatsApp / Telegram bots
WhatsApp or Telegram workflows can support reminders, client onboarding, document intake and payment-link flows, subject to the platform, account access and agreed scope.
Email + form automation
Form workflows can route enquiries to tools such as spreadsheets, Slack, CRM and email services. Consent, subscription and data-handling requirements are reviewed for the specific project.
Document automation
Document workflows may generate items such as engagement letters, invoices, audit notices or board resolutions from supplied templates. Output, signing and storage depend on the selected tools and scope.
Tools considered for project builds
Tool selection depends on your existing systems, access and project requirements. The names below are examples of tools that may be considered.

Common questions before the call
What kind of workflows do you build in n8n?
Projects can include accounting data sync, compliance reminders, client onboarding, document workflows, and other integrations between the tools used by your team. We confirm the workflow and its dependencies during scoping.
Self-hosted n8n or n8n cloud?
The right option depends on your hosting, access, maintenance and data-handling requirements. We can discuss self-hosted or managed options during scoping; infrastructure costs and responsibilities depend on the selected setup.
Do you do website-only projects, no automation?
Yes. Website-only work is available. Options include static websites and WordPress, with the platform and scope agreed for each project.
Can you integrate with the GST portal directly?
GST and MCA-related workflows depend on the access method available and the portal's terms and technical constraints. We assess the specific requirement and permitted access during scoping; availability of a direct integration is not assumed.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We discuss the workflow or website, systems, access and data requirements first. Once scope and dependencies are clear, we can confirm the proposal, expected timing and fees. Ongoing support can also be discussed.
Do you also handle the accounting / compliance side of things?
Finclar also provides ROC / MCA, GST, audit and income tax services. Inamul leads ROC / MCA, Aqeel runs GST + audit, and the Finclar Team handles income tax. You can discuss whether these services fit your requirements, or engage the automation practice separately.
Have a workflow or website project in mind?
Share the workflow or website you have in mind, the tools involved and what you want to improve. The team can discuss fit, dependencies and next steps.
